“We had Rafiq as our tour guide. He contacted us via WhatsApp in the morning for a 2pm booking. He was on time and messaged when he was outside the hotel. His English is brilliant which hugely helped. We booked the quad bike, camel ride and sand-boarding. They were all brilliant to do.
